This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding document between Sankalp Wellness, acting as an authorized and independent strategic distribution and promotional partner of Riyansh Multitrade, and the end user (“you”, “your”, “customer”, or “user”) who accesses, interacts with, purchases from, or engages with any aspect of our services, digital properties, or wellness products, whether directly or indirectly, via online or offline means.
By continuing to access or use any portion of our websites, digital platforms, services, or physical goods, you hereby acknowledge and affirm your complete understanding, acceptance, and consent to be bound by the terms, policies, disclaimers, and notices outlined herein, without limitation or qualification.
1. General Disclaimer of Liability and Risk Acknowledgment
All herbal, ayurvedic, wellness, or supplementary products marketed or distributed by Sankalp Wellness are offered solely as general health aids and should not be interpreted as substitutes for professional medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment. None of the claims, content, or statements associated with our product range have been evaluated, endorsed, or regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any Indian or international equivalent governing health body or medical institution.
You explicitly understand and agree that Sankalp Wellness, Riyansh Multitrade, and their respective directors, employees, consultants, suppliers, vendors, agents, marketing affiliates, and distribution partners accept no liability whatsoever for any adverse effects, allergic reactions, ineffectiveness, or perceived lack of results experienced through the usage or misuse of our products.

2. No Substitute for Medical Advice or Treatment
Information provided on product packaging, promotional material, digital advertisements, emails, verbal interactions, or on any website operated by Sankalp Wellness should not, under any circumstances, be construed as licensed or professional healthcare advice. 6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms shall be interpreted, governed, and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the courts situated in Pune, Maharashtra. In the event of any legal proceedings, arbitration, or settlement processes, the location and governing principles shall remain fixed and non-negotiable.
